Started my weight loss journey at 16 stone 5, Nathan got me looking at what I eat and where to change my diet to get better nutrition in which totally changed the way I think and boosted my energy levels for training which was brilliant. I’m now at a much better weight at 15stone thanks to Nathan’s raining and guidance.

“Nathan is a true champion of fitness and trains in a way which is fun, educational and beyond hard work. He had me lifting more than I thought possible all the while ensuring correct posture and positioning. Times when I felt like giving up he would encourage and motivate me to be consistent not only in my working out but in the nutrition that goes along side it. As a lover of carbs and chocolate he provided advice that wouldn’t deprive me of all that I insisted upon eating but instead make me recognise what I was feeding myself and the benefits or lack thereof it had upon my goals.
